I'm feeling: yum yum!

Sour mustard with five-spiced fried tofu
Ingredients:
Sour mustard
Five-spiced fried tofu sliced in pieces
Garlic
Cooking Oil
Chinese BBQ sauce
Bean Petal Sauce
Sugar
Chicken stock
Heat
oil, fry garlic then sour mustard, add bean petal and Chinese BBQ
sauce, add fried tofu, then sugar and chicken stock. Taste it along
while you add the spices! I usually cook freely, not following any
cooking book!
Soy sauce chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken with bones
'Eight angled' beans (I have no idea what it's called in English!)
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
Garlic powder
Chicken stock
MSG (I grew up with this in Malaysia! But I eat a lot less after I came to U.S..)
Heat
oil, stir fry chicken, add garlic powder, make sure chicken is well
done before adding soy sauce and a little bit of Teriyaki sauce, add
water and 'eight angled' beans, seasoned with chicken stock and little
bit of MSG, let it boil, and set low fire, sit on stock for at least 30
minutes!
